Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JobsCrow ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the JobsCrow website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

User Accounts
Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use
Account Types
JobsCrow offers the following account types:
- Job Seeker Account: For individuals seeking employment opportunities
- Employer Account: For companies and organizations posting job listings and managing recruitment
- Administrator Account: For authorized platform administrators
Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Employer Subscriptions and Payments
Pricing
Employer accounts may purchase credits and subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Current pricing:
- $1,000 Package: Unlimited job postings + 2,000 AI resume analysis credits
- Credits do not expire
- Additional credits may be purchased as needed
Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
- Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevent use of purchased services. Contact support@jobscrow.com for refund requests.
Use of the Service
For Job Seekers
As a job seeker, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and applications
- Only apply for positions you are genuinely interested in and qualified for
- Respond professionally to communications from employers
- Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity
- Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by employers
For Employers
As an employer, you agree to:
- Post only legitimate job opportunities for your organization
- Provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, and compensation information
- Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Not discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics
- Use candidate information solely for recruitment purposes
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate personal information
- Respond to candidates in a timely and professional manner
Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
- Collect or harvest user information for unauthorized purposes
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use automated systems to scrape or download content
- Post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
- Discriminate against candidates based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Request payment from job seekers for consideration of applications
- Use the platform for multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
AI-Powered Features
JobsCrow uses artificial intelligence to enhance the recruitment process. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated insights are provided as assistance tools, not definitive assessments
- AI matching scores and recommendations should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content or analysis
- Final hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the employer
- AI features may be updated or modified at our discretion
Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content), features, and functionality are owned by JobsCrow and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (resumes, job listings, etc.). By submitting content, you grant JobsCrow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by JobsCrow without obligation to you.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service
- Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
We do not guarantee employment outcomes or the quality of candidates or job opportunities.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBSCROW AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or transmissions
- Damages arising from the conduct of third parties using the Service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to JobsCrow in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JobsCrow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you submit to the Service
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees
- At your request
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. The arbitration shall take place in California, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and JobsCrow regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
